      Pros

      Plenty to do if you want to get involved, easy to travel internationally if you want to (especially to Denmark).

      Cons

      It's so big that it's constantly reorganizing, the pay isn't great and while you're be close with your coworkers, it's really just because misery loves company.

      Pros

      It's a well known company within the transportation industry. On occasion fun activities are done for workgroup bonding. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Horrible management. No flexibility. Short staffed. Little to no training provided. To many systems that don't work. Everyone plays the blame game.

      Pros

      Part of the bigger Maersk Group. Don't panic in time of crisis and lay off in bulk. Treat people with respect.

      Cons

      Lacking visible strategy. Consensus driven to the point of not making decisions. Lack of communication, and a lot of disguising bad news as opportunities seems fake.
