Cons

No clear vision from upper management. False or broken promises. Want to ensure “productivity is maintained” while people work incredibly late hours to complete deliverables. Top brass is a bit out of touch.

Hybrid rto count not stable its either 6 rtos then later be changed to 9 then they plan next year to make it full rto without thinking about the employees yet salary is not enough
