Strong global brand, good benefits, talented colleagues, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a good place to build stakeholder management skills in a complex enterprise environment. The office location and facilities are also strong.

Cons

Heavy governance, unclear priorities, frequent reorganisations, and visible internal politics. In some global functions, opportunities and visibility can feel too dependent on location and informal networks rather than delivery impact. Performance and promotion processes are not always transparent. Work-life balance can suffer because there are frequent urgent issues to solve, without much recognition or compensation for the extra pressure.

Excellent team dynamics and lots of knowledge always someone who can assist with an issue.

Cons

Awful progression, the company say theres lots of avenues but you're heavily limited. Massively corporate in many ways and difficult to single yourself out. Poor pay and a lot of workload even at the lowest levels. Widely known to pay lower than competitors.
