      1) Good salary 2) WFH

      Cons

      1) random firings every 2 months. 2) No job security. 3) You can only survive, If you are in the favorite list of your manager. 4) Doesn't matter how hard you work or how good are your technically, If you are not in the manager's good book you will be kicked out one day without any reason. 5) Upper management is clueless about the company. 6) No vision and plan on how to improve the performance. 7) Continuously going in loss without any plan to recover.
