      Pros

      salary is ok. awesome pension and good bonus, work life balance. mental health initiative.

      Cons

      HiPPO effect is getting worse. There is no room for constructive debate. Engineering expertise is being pushed out the door. with the assumption that everything done before is bad and the new middle managers (some) are more interested in gaining more power than actually letting their staff. You dont get to learn new technologies much and when you do work, you are told to "slow down".

      Sodexo is free. Daily 78 is credited to ur account which is not part of sallary component.

      Cons

      1. Lots of useless work will keep u busy and even working on weekend. U will not have personal life. 2 . Company doesn't give u an overview of their business or u def won't get any kind of support literally from anyone.
