      Pros

      Stability of a big company. If you have marginal skills but can talk the talk, this is fantastic place for you to get lost and collect a paycheck for doing nothing useful.

      Cons

      You are lost in a sea of employees. You have no voice and no control to do anything useful. They move at the speed of a container ship and do things with the same force. They stifel any talent and inspiration in favor of the steady-state and allow those who have no actual technical knowledge or skill make policy that makes zero sense.

      Pros

      None at all! It was so bad I'd rather be homeless than work for them!

      Cons

      Toxic Management, low pay, harassment, uncaring, hr don't care, disability unfriendly, lie to you about how to get promotion then let hr tell you you arent able to get one, then offer you £150 more and a title change but only after you threaten to leave and more!

      Chilled work pressure, free food at cafeteria, great HQ

      Cons

      - Very management heavy - No concrete vision for engineering - Re-orgs at least twice a year, making you more worried about if you can retain your job than fully concentrate at work - Stuck in the old ways wrt to culture and ideas - Non existent mentorship for juniors
