      Very smart group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Company no longer cares for employees. Poor pay compaired to competition. Very complex processes and to lean of an organization in terms of employees that customers are not taken care of.

      Strong historical legacy of corporate values and regional hub talent.

      Cons

      Zero Work flexibility and inclusion. Strict and unflexible RTO 5 days a week in office. in place since May 2026. Aiming to push employees to resign No flexibility in understanding and caring for employees. All against their own core values.

      1. Only salary you are getting on time.

      Cons

      1. Very biased and politics favored leadership. 2. No learning opportunities. 3. Leadership listens to only few people who are their favorite and pressurizes entire team for the work. 4. There is no team bonding and team culture. 5. Managers are very bad. They just discuss sugarcoated words and do nothing to enhance team culture. 6. No work life balance. Huge workload and no better appreciation for the work. 7. Glassdoor reviews are not the criteria to choose this organization. Don't fall in trap.
