global organisation with great potential in case you want to work in a truly international work scope. Good network opportunities as well getting expatriated.

Cons

Lacking modern leadership, the company sticks to very old management style, which are not attractive for new employees. Secondly the company lack senior managers.

Benefits are good. Opportunities for new challenges in certain functions, business units and if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

Shipping is a very tough industry right now. Very complicated organization that sometimes you don't know what part you belong to. Behind the times in technology, but some groups are trying to improve that.
