      Pros

      would be a great company if they would just get out of their own way ok benefits very slow paced - no accountability.

      Cons

      micromanaging don't really want opinions / thoughts for improvements, they've made up their mind don't listen - and if they do, they misinterpret what is being said huge egos

      Pros

      Vacation policy is probably the best thing they have going here. Flexible hours for those in need although the policy is abused and favorites are played

      Cons

      Low salary and random bonuses although sr. mgmt seems to always get one regardless of economic environment. Stiff corporate culture. All the fun has been "streamlined" out.
