      You have the opportunity of a global network, learn about the shipping industry and you get the advantage of being ahead of your peer in the same industry

      Too many systems not directly interfaced, little or no fun because of the always ever tension

      Pros

      Good benefits Like any organization it depends on the leader you work for. Mine tends to be fair and has provided a pretty laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      Company continues to offshore positions to China and India to reduce operating costs. still way to many silos within the organization. Even with greater focus to try to remove those impediments.
