      Too much of politics and direction less thinking. Openly biased and no recognition of actual talent. The HR is namesake.

      Pros

      This company has a global exposure. The salary structure is very neat. You get what you see. The food is very good considering the employee has to pay just Rs 100/- for the 2 time meals for the whole month. There is flexibility and work life balance.

      Cons

      This company could have been the one of the best workplaces, thanks to the management and the HR for ruining the whole picture. The management is direction less, every 3rd month a new manager or someone from the HQ comes and tries to implement something which has no value whatsoever. There is so much politics and the management is openly biased that a real talent will die soon here. This company really has no real value of its employees.
