People, international experience, ability to interact with customers and really see the outcomes of work. Continuous opportunities for learning as long as you take ownership of your own development.

Cons

Lack of team work and everyone is constantly out for themselves. People are rarely in a role for more than 18 to 24 months, and so are always looking for opportunities to advance themselves instead of working for the company.
