      Pros

      Good Management. Very good atmosphere. Really like the food, transportation and main office.

      Cons

      A little responsibility given to the young engineers. For last three months had only a couple of projects which haven't been realized.

      Pros

      IF you are crazy about container shipping then probably the best place to be. "Used to have" great international exposure, personal development focus and value based leadership.. and also good work / life balance

      Cons

      Industry is structurally doomed to self destruct.. On top, management is all over and want to be everything for everyone Very frequent internal changes and turnover. No focus on expertise / execution / results. General lack of accountability - hot air / nice talk can get you very far in your career
