Pros

Beside the brand that looks attractive , nothing to talk about positively.

Cons

Worst company I have worked for in 25 years of experience. No proper culture and blame culture. Hired people and put them out of job after 6 month, 12 months or 36 months because of "new strategy. Unsuitable model. No cooperation between liner & logisitic department. Good marketing that miss completely content and is an empty shell. Basically the old wood see you as a threat and cut you off. It is not about what you know about the job but with who you are friends with. Management hired are substandard and reject from the industry with no track records or have worked for 2nd tier logisitic firms. The more you play politics or be a good yes person, the more rewards you get. The lazy and political people get rewarded and hard workers that take care of the business loose their job during their every 2 years cycle. No empathy and just put you out of job without care and the life consequences. No future has you never know if in 2 years you will be with the company. Pay are not in line with industry, bonus is crap vs industry especially during high time .

Pros

nice campus and social benefits, prestige

Cons

Declaring agile way of working, engineering culture, try and fail fast, that sort of things. Preaching diversity, employees wellbeing and other good stuff. In reality though, work-life balance sucks because you are expected to work overtime with remote teams in the odd time zones; ageism - if you are 40-50 years, you are most likely first in line for dismissal during one of the next reorgs which happen every 1-3 years; CIO and his directs change every 3 year, smells nepotism as each leader brings the crew from the previous workplace; ridiculous micro-managament.

Pros

Sorry to say but couldn't find any Pros only because I was so mentally exhausted to see any positive side and all credit goes to my so called "Manager" How I wish I could write his/her name here but that makes the difference between me and him/her :)

Cons

Please note a Company is never bad but the people are. It totally depends on your luck what kind of Manager you get for the project you work. For me it was the toughest time I had in my entire life. Only because of one person, my Manager! Politics and only politics. No standard of Manager (atleast in my case) no sense of how to talk and that was the only reason I left company in less than a year. Management should survey and look after such people because of them Company is facing a loss of good employees.
