Pros

70% of the people I worked with were lovely I experienced 2/3 fantastic managers and 1/3 was not guided very well from her bosses, lots of emphasis on money money money which is not the lush way! Free stuff! Good discount Opportunities to work in other stores/events Charity work! Training Progression is fantastic if you want it and work hard

Cons

More recently managers are very young and inexperienced Core values appear to be different to the lush I knew at the beginning of my employment i.e. making as much money as poss rather than giving customers great products and service to be proud of

50% off. Can feel like a little family if the store is small enough. Free products from time to time. Bonus (can be hard to receive though in smaller stores) Training and product knowledge.

Cons

There's a lot of new information at once, If the store is big it can be hard to fit in and find your place. If the store is small hours can be low.
