A passionate workplace with incredible learning initiatives & opportunities. Autonomous, yet supportive management style. Unlike any other retail workplace.

Cons

Emotionally demanding. Trend of entitlement amongst staff in various locations. Held to high standards of workplace practices, particularly with Employee Relations - team can be unforgiving if you aren’t doing everything for them.
