Pros

Average starting pay. Discounted products. It’s nice working for a company that is ethical People are generally incredibly nice and you’ll be sure to find a good team.

Cons

Does not compare to other companies in terms of benefits offered. No career progression. No opportunity for accredited learning development. Experience varies massively between stores. The pay for certain positions (spa therapist) is incredibly low comparatively to other employers. Duties and responsibilities of positions such as supervisors have massive differences between different stores, for no extra pay compensation. Many cases of gross misconduct which have not been formerly investigated such as constructive dismissal etc.
