Great products and ethics, feel good about contributing to the growth of the hrand

Cons

Poor senior leadership has led to massive lay offs due to lack of financial health to whether the pandemic temp closures. North American CEO does not reflect brand values. Leaves his giant Range Rover running in the car park while he preaches sustainability

Cons

Unrealistic expectations of part-time staff, there is very little regional oversight so managers are not accountable. Bullying is rife and head office are aware of the issue but refuse to do anything about it.

Strong teamwork. Self-motivated, not via any inspirational leader. You have to stick together through the various nightmares.

Cons

Too many to list. The nightmare starts at the top & filters through all higher managers. None of the values are true. There is no training, no responsible leaders, no ownership from managers, no maturity or experienced leaders. Just a lot of lost people with no idea what is going on or what to do next
