      Pros

      Great culture, freedom and nice perks, they trust you to get the work done and come to the office when it suits you. A fun company with a meaningful mission - lots of intelligent people that want to make a difference and are passionate about crypto.

      Cons

      No longer working there - but coming away from Luno better than when I started.

      - Team culture: Everyone works hard and everyone does so whilst being the friendliest humans on Earth. - Tech stack: Some really good technologies to work with in Engineering. - Processes: In place to help you succeed. - No finger pointing: This doesn't happen here. - When the market conditions are good the team is rewarded. - Inspiration Day: Literally go do something that inspires you. - Teams are amazing and made up of super intelligent humans. - Regular hackathons to spark innovation

      - Too many meetings - You can't opt in to doing both frontend and backend engineering.
