      Pros

      Luno is great company to work in, lot of experienced engineers who are great mentors. They can hire you even if you do not know golang

      Cons

      - learning curve can be quite high

      Great culture, autonomy and flexibility is given. Teamwork.

      Cons

      A lot of decisions are taken from HQ level without much local consideration. Reduced budget and cost consciousness hasn't been very helpful to keep team motivation high.

      Thanks for sharing. Our remote but reachable approach is definitely something I think sets us apart as a model of working whereby we trust Lunauts to be able to do their work from where they feel suits them best, but we balance with knowing that coming together in person is also an important element of our culture and so are working continuously with managers and our people team to create intentional and meaningful in person events and connection.
