Our remote but reachable approach is definitely something I think sets us apart as a model of working whereby we trust Lunauts to be able to do their work from where they feel suits them best, but we balance with knowing that coming together in person is also an important element of our culture and so are working continuously with managers and our people team to create intentional and meaningful in person events and connection.
