      Pros

      Great company working on interesting problems. The team is small, but growing fast. The culture is relaxed, with flexible work hours. Nice offices in the center of Cape Town, with catered lunch every day. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Because of the small team, and the competitive nature of the industry, and being a startup, there can sometimes be a lot of pressure on employees. This can put a lot of strain on your work/life balance, although management is very supportive of their employees.

      - Great teams to work with - collaborative culture - Supportive company - Well structured company -Great pay - Genuinely cares about it's people - Work life balance This is one of the best companies I've had to work for, from the moment they interviewed me until I worked with their teams - their process was seamless and well structured. I'm so happy I got to work in such an amazing space.
