Great company working on interesting problems. The team is small, but growing fast. The culture is relaxed, with flexible work hours. Nice offices in the center of Cape Town, with catered lunch every day. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow.
Cons
Because of the small team, and the competitive nature of the industry, and being a startup, there can sometimes be a lot of pressure on employees. This can put a lot of strain on your work/life balance, although management is very supportive of their employees.
