      -The culture is incredible, people are very friendly and extremely helpful. They make you feel right at home from day one -The people are excited about what they do which in turn makes you super excited to come to work everyday. -They appreciate honest communication which breeds a wonderful environment -They really are about inspiring you to do better for yourself (to constantly learn and grow as an individual)

      Pros

      Put people first, great culture, seem to genuinely care about staff. Colleagues extremely friendly. No egos or politics

      Cons

      Remote working, which is a shame for me in the UK as more companies are pushing the work-life balance especially for employees with children (such as myself). Not informing me until I had signed contracts that I was going to cape town for a week induction, although exciting this is difficult as I have a family and arrangements need to be made at short-notice
