      - A realistic clear vision of the company - A genuine effort to put employees in the best position to succeed (open to suggestions, seeking feedback, thoughtful teammates - A nice working environment (Cape Town office) - Lunches included - Employees are encouraged to learn and are given the tools to do so

      Cons

      - We could do a better job at assisting new employees (after on-boarding) to navigate in a changing organization

      Pros

      It has a very healthy working environment, where people actually care for each other. The free lunch is a huge bonus, and everyone gets to catch up with colleagues they don't often to see. The company definitely moves fast, which allows for great customer service and experience.

      Cons

      No Medical Aid or Provident/ Pension Fund Benefits No Parking for all employees
