      - A realistic clear vision of the company - A genuine effort to put employees in the best position to succeed (open to suggestions, seeking feedback, thoughtful teammates - A nice working environment (Cape Town office) - Lunches included - Employees are encouraged to learn and are given the tools to do so

      Cons

      - We could do a better job at assisting new employees (after on-boarding) to navigate in a changing organization
