      The team is very friendly, talented, fun and willing to help you improve your skill and knowledge.

      No railcard / gym but this is negated by a very competitive salary

      Great Environment and Awesome Company Culture

      Pros

      - You get to work with people everyday who are absolutely brilliant. They challenge you and help you be a better you. - Challenging and exciting problems to solve on a daily basis - Great company culture and good environment to develop yourself in your field - Great benefits like travel allowance and delicious catered lunch served daily. - Cutting edge industry and just all round exciting to be part of the crypto space in terms of where it is going.

      Cons

      - None that I can think of I've only had a good experience all round so far.
