      They are very thorough when it comes to verifying their employees, seeing as they want to give their clients the best customer service possible

      Cons

      It's a very long process to get to the actual interviews, but Luno takes their security very serious.

      - A great sense of community within the team, very people focused. - 3 month probation is treated as time for you to be integrated into the team and not what you're doing wrong. You're not expected to know everything and you have the right support if you don't . - Meals provided in office - Medical aid allowance - Work from home allowance - Just another note on how hard the People team work to keep you happy as an employee! - It's a great team to be a part of!

      They don't have a pension fund set up just yet.

      Hi there, Thanks for leaving a review, especially the part about our probation philosophy. In fact, a couple of years back we got rid of the term "probation" because so often it provokes a sense of anxiety or pressure to perform whereas we want to ensure our Lunauts focus on integrating into the team, and are set up for success rather than worrying if they have a job at the end of their 90 days! We think that is a much more sensible approach, and as we know, language is important. Thanks Kelly
