People focussed - Product Designer Luno Employee Review

Hi there, Thanks for leaving a review, especially the part about our probation philosophy. In fact, a couple of years back we got rid of the term "probation" because so often it provokes a sense of anxiety or pressure to perform whereas we want to ensure our Lunauts focus on integrating into the team, and are set up for success rather than worrying if they have a job at the end of their 90 days! We think that is a much more sensible approach, and as we know, language is important. Thanks Kelly
