      None would work for them again in a heartbeat.

      Pros

      Great culture, autonomy and flexibility is given. Teamwork.

      Cons

      A lot of decisions are taken from HQ level without much local consideration. Reduced budget and cost consciousness hasn't been very helpful to keep team motivation high.

      Difficult to leave - I love it here and will miss all these humans

      - Team culture: Everyone works hard and everyone does so whilst being the friendliest humans on Earth. - Tech stack: Some really good technologies to work with in Engineering. - Processes: In place to help you succeed. - No finger pointing: This doesn't happen here. - When the market conditions are good the team is rewarded. - Inspiration Day: Literally go do something that inspires you. - Teams are amazing and made up of super intelligent humans. - Regular hackathons to spark innovation

      Cons

      - Too many meetings - You can't opt in to doing both frontend and backend engineering.
