      Pros

      Great place for personal development. There's a real focus on employees' well-being. We are growing fast and we do our best, but we're also having fun while doing it.

      Cons

      Being in a massive scale-up environment can cause confusion and a lack of finalized processes between teams. However, that also gives you the opportunity to impact the future direction.

      We're glad to hear that you think Luno is a great place for personal development. Hopefully we are achieving the balance between pushing for growth (Luno's and yours) and well-being as they shouldn't be exclusive! I agree that as we are scaling, there is definitely a opportunity for everyone to impact how we can scale intentionally to minimise confusion and ensure we are all working with a strong sense of alignment, but there is always more we can do here to get better at this.
