      Flexible scheduling. Working from home. Occasional bonuses/raises.

      Cons

      Raises aren't much. Hiring well below the average salary for software developers. On call rotation. Agile implementation is very rough.

      Pros

      There are a lot of benefits that i like, mostly geared to health and retirement. Those are very important things to consider!

      Cons

      They are not as flashy about their benefits, things like free lunches are not a thing here and the industry seems as old as it is.
