Pros

The team I work with is fantastic and everyone I interact with outside of my team seems to be as well. Everyone is highly invested in the company and its future. The company is also radically simplifying and modernizing internal systems and building significant improvements into inter-team communication and visibility. Lumen is in the news a lot for growth and new business but internally things are changing for the better as well.

Cons

None, honestly. It's a great place to work.

Large company with a known brand and lots of availability to collaborate and increase your skillset.

Cons

Not many internal growth opportunities as the company is currently selling off market share. Be prepared to stay in your role for a while.
