      Work from home Honestly nothing else

      Hiring freeze since November of 2023, we are currently severely understaffed and extremely over worked. We are currently in our busy season and have 60% less employees then last year. I see no end to this hiring freeze they have been dragging it on and on for almost a year. I am doing 5x the usual amount of work for the same pay. Don’t get me started on CEO Kate, when an organization is ran this poorly they say “a fish rots from the head” but saying that in this situation would be an insult to the fish.

      Get to work alone occasionally with people Get to work outside pro/con Local management is fantastic and get along great with there tech's usually because they have tech expertise so they understand our issues It’s a union at the tech level so benefits are great and pay is way above average Ticket based system so easy to route your day in the morning

      Corporation has no care for the bottom people. Has a metric system that you can be let go according to there metrics Upper management Will force lower management to breath down your neck and if you have a issue that goes to upper management be happy we have a union Will gps your vehicles constantly and they have your idle time and get judged based off of it doesn’t matter whether they give you work or not

      Can’t think of any, I am glad when Friday comes and the week is over.

      Cons

      New CEO needs at least 3 more years to clean up this company and turn it around. Unfortunately time may run out for her. Many Directors and VPs are unable to build successful, productive work environment. Many struggle with low emotional intelligence and do not communicate well. Our Teams struggle with the same issues for months and Directors look the other way and create a very stressful work environment. They play the blame game and cover up problems. Delivery is never on time and the products and services sold cannot be implemented in many cases. There are too many Directors and Sr Directors talking about problems and not resolving them.
