Work at home, easy learning curve (if you have a background in technology), not much on hand management, easy monetary incentives.

Cons

Irate customers, lazy co-workers(will transfer customers to your dept when it is their job to help them), expectations met early.

Great company values which they push from the top down. Plenty of freedom to grow you book of business.

Cons

Not enough training on the processes to quote and deliver services. Processes change too frequently. Too much time spent doing administrative work versus customer interfacing sales time.
