Pros
Middle managers are by and large very supportive of employees and help to foster a healthy work/life balance. Compensation is fair and benefits are competitive.
Cons
With the pending merger with Century Link, job security is non-existent. Notebaert was an excellent CEO and his very personable and direct nature really filtered down throughout the ranks. In contrast, the current CEO and current senior leadership have proven very difficult to trust...to the point where the exact opposite of what they say is most likely to be true. Massive lay-offs occurring now in a very quiet way so as not to attract media attention when the merger finally completes.
