Steady work. Decent enough pay. Lots of schedules.

Cons

The employees have taken a backseat to the customer. Employees on the front lines are leaving in large numbers. Moreso than ever before.

Management by spreadsheet - if looks good on the sheet, your good. Too many people focused on tracking numbers, instead of supporting the sale and installations Reducing support functions vital to front line sales and implementation Monroe LA HQ's seems to make all decisions - very centralized decision making Unrealistic margins being demanded in a hyper competitive sales environment

- Title downgrades/pay freeze/bonus cut - Redneck - Disorganized, bi-polar management - Bullying tactics - Exec staff can't use the restroom without CEO's permission - Religious nonsense forced down your throat - Morale is low - Everyone from Savvis merger is a VP or SVP - top heavy joke - Left-over Qwest managment is another big joke - all the awesome VPs took the money and ran last year - Exec staff appears to be oblivious to how miserable the employees have become - probably more of a case of they just don't care - Getting anything done, is a constant tug of war
