Pros
Cheap offering for internet... as long as it's bundled with TV and home phone. If not bundled, the internet is more expensive and slower than the offerings from most other competitors.
Cons
Lack of customer focus trickles up to lack of employee focus and causes low morale. No-one wants to spend their whole day fighting fires. Sometimes you want to put it out while it's still a spark.
