they are a profitable concern

a la wall street, they are very heavy on marketing, and very low on delivery...as an instance, i can think of one cl customer who arranged with a nfp isp for dsl, which means they (the isp) are constrained to use us. we simply erased the isp, and hijacked their client, knowing that consequences to us would be negliglble. such maneuvers have, of course, become typical of mega monopolies (us), but in the long run, they make for chaos.
