CenturyLink has a great portfolio of products and services to offer the customer. There are groups of sales/account managers who know how to take care of their customers and always sell on benefits and not price.

Cons

We will always be the highest price against the competition. Our internal processes are severly broken and there isn't light at the end of the tunnel. While communication is great between a employee and the immediate supervisor, there is much to say about the communication within the company overall.
