Compensation is good, daily incentives nice

Cons

The salesforce is expected to delve too deeply into billing, tech support and escalations. While it is reasonable to handle simple request doing so all day on a daily basis is crippling financially.

Pros

Very proactive in solving network problems. Equipment vendors that support the network are very supportive and equipment has proven reliable.

Cons

To move up in Century Link from a craftperson point of view is not a simple task. There are many lateral moves but the promotional moves are few. But still compensation is good even if you spend a long time in the position.
