      They were a GREAT company prior to purchasing a wasted of a company in Qwest

      Cons

      Qwest management team is the most outdated and unprofessional group I have ever worked for in my career. (mgr's to manage other mgr's) no wonder they were for sale for many years with no takers and so far in debt. In my opinion they will make centurylink fail and force them to try and sell them off soon

      the detailed training-coaching-the authority given each employee to do their job-the union involvement-the relationship between the union and management

      Cons

      The shift in jobs after the merger with Century Link, Its interesting that because so many like and stay in their jobs, the company is A union house, seniority stays at the top. Seasoned, knowledgeable people, are in place.
