      I like my current job.

      Cons

      I apply for and get turned down for any other position in the company. Sometimes without even an interview. I don't know if it's because of DEI, my age or if HR wouldn't want to try replacing my current job with someone else. It appears that internal hiring practices exclude people based on which company that they originally worked for.
