      Pros

      The majority of the workforce was great to work with, but there was also a large laziness factor at play, especially among 'supervisors'.

      Cons

      Poor management and supervision. They were out of touch with staffing needs and were rarely available to consult with. Underpaid for the type and volume of work expected of you.

      Pros

      The best in the business and growing aggressively. Lots of opportunity if you are willing to put in the work.

      Cons

      Can be long hours, but overall not too bad. Hourly positions are not paid enough for what they do, but this is an industry issue, not just Loomis. Training has suffered due to recent growth and the employees and customers ultimately pay the price.

      Pros

      The management team is awesome. Employees are all very welcoming. You carry a gun of your choice. lots of overtime. training was very fun. You get to see a lot of cities in one day.

      Cons

      You have to drive to Highland park ;(
