Pros

My boss worked in a different state, only came down to visit once a month. Hours were flexible, people were friendly.

Cons

Dirty, unorganized, management was completely clueless about what they needed done to be successful, no training whats so ever for working in the office. Left to your own devices.

Pros

job is relatively close to the house making it a short drive to work. New to the company so obviously there is the early motivation in the hopes of moving up. So far there have been no issues,...so far so good!

Cons

The pay can definitely be better, especially compared to the competitors. Also, I believe that pay should be based on performance instead of time in service and some of the other methods of paying employees. There are are several small issues but nothing to serious.

Pros

Fast paced and demanding position that requires the ability to manage many different aspects of the business. Full autonomy to make decisions that impact your workplace.

Cons

Due to the nature of the business, you must be 100% in control of every aspect or actions of your team. The drivers are low paid employees thus turnover and quality of staff make building the right team a challenge.
