Varied inconsistent hours. Low pay, no reviews, 15 cent raises if you are lucky enough to get one. Horrible morale among employees. Any minor mistake is documented and you have to sign a warning. Medical insurance is useless if you have dependents due to cost. Cheaper to buy from an outside provider.

To much to write. First off the employees were split 50/50 on being a union. Which made the environment very uncomfortable because if you didn't choose than each side bugged you until you would make a decision. Pay sucks only way to make any money is to work Over time A LOT. The people that have been there since before the freeking automobile was invented need to have a major attitude change because i'm sorry there CRAP does stink and management is part of this group because all they care about is the Dollar not the employee, because it is easier to replace an employee that it is to replace an account.
