The company has many benefits including vacation paid, sick days, holidays and so on.

Cons

The line of work is very demanding and the hours can be from 8 to 11 hours everyday. In other words, you know when you start but you don't know when you are leaving. It is mandatory for you to stay till the work is done.

With OT you will make good Paycheck, however base pay are very low to start.

Cons

Low starting pays. Long shift 4AM-7-8 PM, no support from the branch level, old equipment's (truck, safety, etc.) not enough safety training. Branch level management with no leadership skills. Branch manager will never have your back.
