Pros

there is a lot of over time, and chances to go to other locations. Which are scary because they are worse off than you are. Free range time and practice amo

Cons

To much to write. First off the employees were split 50/50 on being a union. Which made the environment very uncomfortable because if you didn't choose than each side bugged you until you would make a decision. Pay sucks only way to make any money is to work Over time A LOT. The people that have been there since before the freeking automobile was invented need to have a major attitude change because i'm sorry there CRAP does stink and management is part of this group because all they care about is the Dollar not the employee, because it is easier to replace an employee that it is to replace an account. I was once told that by a Short JackA%# of a manager once.

Pros

Decent pay. Plenty of extra work if you want it on your off days. Company pays for all of your training to maintain security licenses and DOT requirements.

Cons

No set schedule. In to work anywhere from 4-6am and finished with route when you get it done. Usually takes 8-10 hours to complete the route alone without factoring in prep time or processing when route is complete. Any mistakes made during route is expected to be corrected at employee's expense of time. Common mistakes made can add anywhere from 30 mins to 2-3 hours onto your day. Management will also call in randomly to assign extra tasks regardless of the route's current location. For the 4 years I worked there I NEVER had a 40 hour week. It will be around 50 consistently after your fully trained and on your own. Over time does not exist here either. Pay is $150 a day for the AST and around $120 for driver. Period. Work a 20-hour shift? Don't go looking for over time when your paycheck is the same. This has been fought by employees many times and is in some way legal, so don't bother.

Pros

Decent amount of hours, most of the time you can have weekends off. Once you get to know your route you can sleep and screw around a lot and milk the clock.

Cons

Low pay, terrible management. Super high turn around.
