Pros

Good people to work alongside. Once you leave the branch you are out of the way and meet some good people.

Cons

Impossible workloads, often unable to complete a days work within your set hours, expected to continue until complete. Lying management who look for excuses to sack workers once a contract ends.

Help you with schooling and licensing. even pays you while in school. But read the fine print before singing the paperwork and agreeing to work here.

Cons

After wasting your time and gas to attend school or take a psychological exam. They never reply back to you. Meanwhile you are locked into a noncompete contract and no were to go with a license with your personal information on it NOT THE COMPANY's. Anyone in the Fort Myers or surrounding areas in Florida. I highly recommend staying away from this company. Promised a job but no response when you're ready and legally able to work. Stair ratting should be a big fat 0
