* Poor management * Poor training method (they'll have someone train you for a day or two and then you're expected to magically memorize everything) * You'll reprimanded if you're not fast enough (even in the beginning when you're first trying to get used to it) * You'll get reprimanded when you ask for help on how to do something * They never give anyone praise for doing a good job A lot of people have quit within' the small time period I was there because of the poor management, the pressure and the deadlines that had to be met. Unfortunately, I ended up having to do the same because I could just not handle the stress nor getting scolded.

Very dirty environment- the warehouse and building need a deep clean. No chance for progression. No job rotation- the various jobs in the warehouse/office should be rotated on a roster system rather than the same people doing the same jobs every shift. That way people can increase their skills. Very low hourly rate for CIT sector.
